Summary
This contribution is a special one dedicated to Kanaris Tsinganos, who promoted MHD Astrophysics and as such was a key leader in the JETSET network. This network finished in 2008 with a great international meeting in Rhodes organised by Kanaris. When this meeting was first organised, it was planned to have a special session to acknowledge Kanaris’ contribution to this network and to science. This is a collection thoughts of three of his former students, now colleagues of him.
