Advanced Techniques in Shoulder Arthroscopy

Abstract

Sternoclavicular (SC) joint pathology is relatively uncommon; however, persistent pain and instability of the SC joint may result despite appropriate initial management and may require surgical treatment with resection arthroplasty and possible ligamentous reconstruction.
