Abstract
The emergence of the Knowledge Based Economy and the New Information and Communication Technologies has created a complex environment. In order to handle this complexity, the Organization which aims the sustainability of the performance and the quality of its products and services needs to mobilize its intangible assets and manage its knowledge capital.
In this study, we have focused on the implementation of the Knowledge Management (KM) strategy within the ANCFCC in Morocco (Agence Nationale de la Conservation Foncière du Cadastre et de la Cartographie.
In the first part, we have detailed the concept of KM by determining its definition, process, strategies, methods, tools and issues. Thereafter, we have carried out a survey in order to determine the state of the intangible capital of the Agency, based on the observation and the interview guide. Finally, we have successfully proposed a KM strategy adapted to the Agency’s requirements.
