Abstract
Primary cutaneous CD4+ small/medium T-cell lymphoproliferative disorder is an indolent lymphoproliferative disorder characterized clinically by a solitary skin lesion and histopathologically by a cutaneous infiltrate of small- and medium-sized pleomorphic CD4-positive T cells. There should be no evidence of patches and/or plaques typical of mycosis fungoides or of systemic lymphoma. This is a provisional entity in the WHO classification.
