Abstract
Sézary syndrome is a rare type of cutaneous T-cell lymphoma with poor prognosis and characterized by erythroderma and leukemic involvement. Correlation with molecular and flow cytometric studies is essential for the diagnosis. The differential diagnosis includes benign causes of erythroderma.
