Abstract
Several immunohistochemical stains are generally performed in the evaluation of a cutaneous lymphoid infiltrate. However, the selection of stains varies significantly depending on the pattern and composition of the infiltrate. Recognition of technical problems and positivity thresholds is also important in the interpretation of special stains.
