Abstract

In CMR the initial evaluation is conducted by low-resolution sequences to localize the heart and acquire basic views of the heart. Incidentally several additional anatomical parts are depicted in the neck, thorax and upper abdomen making possible the detection of incidental findings related to extracardiac organs. This appendix will deal with general aspects of main extracardiac findings.
