Abstract
Obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) is a spectrum of signs and symptoms associated with a multitude of underlying conditions. Therapy and various modalities of treatment are directed at the specific site of airflow obstruction. Nasal surgery plays a significant role in the management of OSA. The purpose of this chapter is to discuss evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of nasal airflow obstruction associated with OSA.
