Abstract
Joe Hair is a legend in his own time. Not only does he make himself a resource to those that need his assistance, he acts as a mentor regarding methods and beyond. He is quick to respond when being sought, even when traveling overseas. Joe’s expectations for those learning from him is not just general knowledge, but actual comprehension and mastery. This is easy due to the manner in which he teaches which is simple and with a passion that is enjoyed by all in his presence. Joe exemplifies what it means to be an academic with his love for learning and his desire to share that knowledge with others. It is no wonder Joe is so well respected in the academic community!
