In this chapter, the research design and methodology is described, including the methodological paradigm and research approaches. Data collection and data evaluation processes, as well as the analysis, interpretation and evaluation procedures, are presented. Finally, ethical aspects are considered and methodological limitations are emphasised. The chapter closes with a chapter summary.
