Abstract

The visualization of diagnostics biomarkers inside tissue sections plays an important role in medical diagnosis, such as melanoma, Alzheimer disease and rheumatoid arthritis [15]. In order to understand the complex disease progression processes, the integration of information obtained from biomarkers on the tissue-level is crucial for the study of biological systems [5, 6].
