Abstract
In this chapter, change strategy is introduced. As part of the change strategy, gap analysis and identification of alternative solutions are discussed. Furthermore, the potential value of each alternative, their cost benefit analysis, and total cost of ownership are presented. The chapter also discusses the organizations readiness for a new solution, implementation strategy, and contents of a business requirement document.
