Abstract
The LTC insurance policies, which concern millions of individuals, are at present very heterogeneous, using many types of guarantees and many types of benefits underwriting modes. The French market has offered payments of monthly lifetime cash annuities since the beginning. Yet the growing LTC market is currently proposing some indemnity-based products. In brief, benefits in LTC insurance products can be classified into three main categories.
