Abstract
An effective emergency rescue plan is of great significance for reducing the occurrence of emergencies and the loss of people and property. At present, it has not yet established a comprehensive evaluation system for emergency rescue plans for cross-regional integrated transportation networks in China. Based on the characteristics of emergency rescue of cross-regional integrated transportation network, According to the principle of index selection of emergency rescue plan, combined with domestic and foreign literatures, this paper proposes an evaluation index system for emergency rescue plan for cross-regional transportation network. This evaluation system provides an objective and effective reference for more scientific evaluation of emergency rescue plans for cross-regional integrated transportation networks under emergencies.
