Abstract
The chapter forms the concluding section of this part that focused on the planning , design, development and management of knowledge precincts as the nexus of knowledge-based urban development in prosperous knowledge cities. Generated conclusions in this chapter, in the light of the analysis reported in the earlier chapters, are not only useful for the Brisbane city , but also invaluable for other emerging knowledge cities of the world that aspires a prosperous knowledge precinct formation. In addition to generalised findings of the part, the chapter also suggests prospective conceptual and empirical studies to better formalised the knowledge and innovation space theory and practice. This in turn also will help further advancement of the knowledge-based urban development as a new discipline.
