Abstract
The fundamental dependence by which the technical and economic efficiency of the modernization of the power plant, CHP plant and heating plant is determined, including capital expenditure \( J_{M} \) for this modernization is the equation for the total NPV profit that is achieved from their operation for a period of T years. The analysis of the economic viability was subject to modernization of the 120 MW amortized block to the dual-fuel gas-steam system. For the purpose of comparison, the modernization of the block to the block for higher parameters of fresh steam was also analyzed.
