Abstract

Research in patient safety must start with a sound risk analysis. In particular, we addressed it from three points of view: The identification of safety requirements; The delineation of a methodology for the identification and mitigation of risks during the assessment of patient safety; The analysis of the Human Factors component in robotic surgery.
