Abstract
This chapter highlights the organization of the single-embedded case study including the research methods process, the participant recruitment of the University and six business partners, and the types of data collected and analyzed including interviews, document and audio-visual materials, and a campus forensic observation. Each of the six participant businesses and the university are described.
