Abstract
Based on the analysis of the composition and characteristics of Tactical Internet, an integrated method with the single and whole network effectiveness evaluation is proposed. In this paper, the index systems of the single network and the whole network effectiveness evaluation are given out. Furthermore, the pertinency evaluation algorithm is researched.
