Abstract
As of 2016, there are over 15.5 million individuals who have survived or are living with cancer. It is estimated that by 2026, there will be 20.3 million cancer survivors. Cancer survivors are at risk for cancer recurrence and new cancers, and may be experiencing late and long-term effects of treatment causing significant morbidity and premature mortality. This chapter provides an overview of the key issues in caring for this growing population.
