Abstract
This chapter deals with the validation process from the latent variables that integrate the structural equation modeling. A total of eight complex models are generated, involving nine variables associated with critical factors of total productive maintenance (TPM) and three latent variables related to obtained benefits. Also, the validity indexes for each final model are reported, where the observed variables that are part of each latent variable are presented, since many were not considered in order to increase the reliability.
