Abstract
In the two previous complex models, the benefits from the actions on the variables have not been integrated. However, this Complex Model 3 has the purpose of integrating two latent variables associated with the activities, but already related to two types of benefits in the analysis. In addition, the variables that comprehend the model are: Managerial commitment, Suppliers, and Benefits for the organization.
