Abstract
The summary of the dissertation presents the most important conclusions from the analysis and points out issues for further research. The subject of startups, innovative and high-tech entrepreneurship, new management methodologies, and guidelines for education in this field, is a promising field for in-depth research, the implementation of which creates a chance for developing a new scientific school around startup issues, as dynamic as the startup ecosystem and startup entrepreneurial culture.
