Abstract
What is interaction design? Some authors define it as “the design of interactive products that are able to support humans in their own working activities and in everyday life”. We are approaching this topic close to the end of the book, ideally reconnecting with the early chapters exploring some basic transversal issues, as there is interaction design in all e-Services.
The aim of interaction design and information transmission, iconic design, perceptual principles, mental model principles, memory principles. Dealing with e-Citizenship it is particularly relevant to ensure adequate access to the on line resources and services to citizens, including elderly and disabled citizens. Designing for “Seniors”, software interaction design for Seniors. That’s Life Dear Product!
