Abstract

Main influencing factors and key links of the position service support are analyzed. The index system of efficiency evaluation of it is constructed. Several algorithms for calculating all index values of lots of position service units are presented. Based on hidden Markov models (HMMS), propose a kind of hybrid evaluating algorithm for the position service capability. The hybrid evaluating algorithm strongly supported the joint service support information system optimum design and command decision of the position service.
