Abstract
The safety management of road transportation is not only an objective requirement and an inevitable choice to promote the scientific development and healthy development of the road transport industry, but also a difficult and focal point in the management of the road transport industry. Through the statistical analysis of road traffic accident cases, the characteristics of road traffic accident law in China are summed up in this paper, and the outstanding problems existing in the current road transportation safety management are analyzed. On the basis of road traffic safety management, the future road safety management ideas in China are put forward.
