Abstract

Classical LCR (inductor, capacitor, and resistor) electrical filters belong to the class of linear lumped-parameter finite (LLF) networks. They are designed to have an input/output transfer function whose frequency response corresponds to a predetermined and specified amplitude and/or phase response, i.e., the “filter response.”
