Abstract
Once you’ve performed an initial assessment of your people, processes, and technology and developed a strategy, it’s time to lay out a roadmap for execution. A timeline for integration should be addressed early on, ideally, right on the heels of strategy. Once you know your tentative date for the deal to close you can get to work. In this chapter, Greg and Shaun offer their shared approach on the stages of a technology integration timeline, and provide insight and experience from a leadership and operations perspective during this key phase.
