Les tumeurs de la convexité et celles localisées dans la zone parasagittale sont les localisations les plus fréquentes des méningiomes intracrâniens. Ensemble, ils représentent 40% de l’ensemble des méningiomes et environ 50% de ceux se voyant chez la femme [128].
