Les méningiomes sont souvent très vascularisés, ce qui pent entraîner d’importantes hémorragies en peropératoire. La réduction de la vascularisation tumorale par embolisation, atténuera la perte sanguine pendant l’acte opératoire ce qui facilitera l’exérése de la tumeur.
