Résumé

La sclérodermie est une collagénose caractérisée par une atrophie des muscles lisses et une infiltration tissulaire par du collagène. Elle est peut être d’origine auto-immune. Survenant à tout âge, elle atteint 2 ou 3 fois plus souvent la femme que l’homme. Il existe des formes cutanées localisées et des formes diffuses où tous les viscères peuvent être atteints.
