Abstract

Exercise intolerance is the most common complaint in muscle clinic. Patients present with fatigue going worth with exercise and associated with myalgia and/or contracture. It does not include permanent aches or cramps but is sometimes difficult to differentiate from non organic pain syndromes and would possibly remain unexplained after extensive investigations.
