Résumé

L’évaluation de la douleur chronique et la proposition d’une chirurgie de la douleur se déroulent au moins en deux temps dans le suivi du patient : en soins primaires auprès des médecins traitants du patient puis en structure spécialisée d’évaluation et de traitement de la douleur.
