Résumé
La prise en charge initiale de l’incontinence anale peut être basée sur des règles simples, en particulier sur des conseils hygiénodiététiques et la facilitation de l’accès à des toilettes. De nombreux patients peuvent ainsi bénéficier d’une combinaison de moyens simples pour améliorer leurs symptômes.
