Résumé

Les troubles du développement du cervelet résultent soit de causes endogènes (anomalies génétiques et métaboliques) ou exogènes (intoxications, infections, irradiations). Ces anomalies peuvent affecter les différents stades de l’histogenèse pré-et postnatale du cervelet [1]:

  • la segmentation rostrocaudale et ventrodorsale du tube neural et la spécification des zones germinales (lèvres rhombiques pour les grains, et neuroépithélium ventriculaire pour les cellules de Purkinje et les interneurones);

  • la migration et la prolifération des neuroblastes;

  • leur différenciation sous l’effet de facteurs génétiques et environnementaux, leur maturation et l’axonogenèse;

  • l’organisation trilaminaire et morphologique du cervelet (fissuration et foliation).
