Résumé
Ces maladies sont caractérisées par une dysgénésie cérébelleuse. Dans la plupart des cas, le tableau neurologique est dominé par une hypotonie á la naissance et un retard de développement. L’atteinte cérébelleuse est isolée ou associée á d’autres malformations.
