Ce groupe de maladies est caractérisé par des malformations de la peau et du systéme nerveux central/périphérique d’origine ectodermique [1]. Les principales phacomatoses avec ataxie cérébelleuse sont citées dans le tableau I. L’ataxie-télangiectasies est discutée au chapitre 17.
