Résumé

L’ataxie cérébelleuse est un symptΩe relativement fréquent au cours de plusieurs leucoencéphalopathies (tableau I). La cause en est souvent un désordre métabolique. L’ataxie évolue de maniére lentement progressive ou par des épisodes de détérioration évoquant des crises suivies de rémission partielle.
