Résumé

La dysplasie arythmogène du ventricule droit (DAVD) est une cardiomyopathie associant un remplacement fibro-adipeux progressif et transmural plus ou moins diffus de la paroi du ventricule droit (VD) à l’origine d’arythmies ventriculaires et de morts subites (fig. 1). Au stade précoce de la maladie, les modifications de structure de la paroi du VD peuvent être discrètes voire absentes. Elles sont au début localisées au niveau du « triangle de dysplasie » formé par le bord inférieur du VD, l’apex et l’infundibulum pulmonaire (fig. 2). Au stade plus avancé, la dysplasie progresse à la paroi postérieure du VD avec éventuellement une atteinte du ventricule gauche (VG).
