Résumé
La définition du sujet âgé fragile a évolué dans le temps. Si dans les années 1970, un malade de plus de 80 ans était considéré comme une personne âgée, actuellement la barrière s’est élevée, en particulier dans la région cannoise, où le troisième âge représente une grande partie de la population. La notion de sujet âgé commencerait plutôt à 90 ans. Mais il ne faut pas s’arrêter à l’âge légal, ce qui compte, c’est plutôt l’âge physiologique.
