La manométrie ano-rectale est une méthode d’exploration fonctionnelle permettant d’évaluer la fonction ano-rectale. Elle vise à quantifier les pressions anales dans différentes situations, à évaluer les capacités du réservoir rectal et à identifier d’éventuels troubles de la sensibilité rectale.
