Angiœdème bradykinique

Résumé

L’angiœdème (AO) bradykinique est une maladie rare qui se caractérise par un œdème sous-cutané ou sous muqueux récidivant, localisé, et transitoire (2 à 5 jours). Il est le plus souvent asymétrique de consistance ferme, ne prend pas le godet. Il est peu ou pas prurigineux mais se traduit par une sensation de tension ou de brûlure. La couleur de la peau est normale, rose ou blanchâtre (fig. 1A et 1B). Il ne s’accompagne pas de fièvre. Il se différencie des œdèmes permanents généralisés (d’origine cardiaque, rénale ou hépatique) et des œdèmes localisés (infectieux, inflammatoires, endocriniens ou vasculaires)
