Résumé
Après avoir lu ce chapitre, vous devriez :
-
pouvoir donner les principales caractéristiques des Systèmes d’Information (SI) de la recherche en santé (recherche fondamentale, recherche clinique et en santé publique) ;
-
pouvoir identifier les enjeux de l’intégration des SI cliniques et des SI de la recherche en santé, en particulier dans un contexte de recherche translationnelle ;
-
pouvoir identifier en particulier les enjeux technologiques de l’informatique « translationnelle » liés à l’intégration sémantique de données et connaissances hétérogènes, à la constitution d’entrepôts de données et à la mise en oeuvre d’une politique de confidentialité et de sécurité des données ;
-
savoir donner des exemples d’architectures d’informatique translationnelle (exemples de projets et plateformes nationales et internationales de bio-informatique translationnelle et d’informatique de la recherche clinique).
