Résumé

Quelle que soit l’évolution naturelle et les solutions thérapeutiques mises en oeuvre, le traitement d’une paralysie du plexus brachial s’inscrit dans la durée. Les principaux objectifs de l’appareillage associé au traitement, qu’il soit médical ou chirurgical, sont communs. Ils associent, à des degrés divers selon le stade évolutif, l’objectif de prévention et l’objectif de suppléance fonctionnelle.
