Résumé
Les raisons d’occurrence d’une erreur sont évidemment très complexes et multifactorielles: circonstances de la situation, caractéristiques de la pathologie, spécificités du patient et de son entourage, différents intervenants, soignants ou non, échanges médecins patients et bien sûr caractéristiques des différents soignants impliqués. Des travaux ont été effectués pour apprécier l’impact des caractéristiques du médecin sur l’occurrence des erreurs.
