Résumé

L’imagerie des veines rénales constitue une étape incontournable dans le bilan diagnostique de pathologies variées. Elle est essentielle dans l’étude des atteintes, mal connues, qui lui sont propres et à ce titre justifie l’intérêt particulier de ce chapitre. La compréhension de cette imagerie réside dans la maîtrise de l’anatomie veineuse normale et de ses nombreuses variantes.
