Résumé

Le syndrome post-thrombotique ou post-phlébitique (SPP) des membres inférieurs, secondaire à une thrombose veineuse profonde (TVP) chronique regroupe les manifestations cliniques en rapport avec une obstruction et/ou une insuffisance veineuse. Il peut grever l’avenir fonctionnel d’un membre et modifier totalement la vie d’un patient.
