Résumé

L’écho-Doppler (ED) des vaisseaux mésentériques nécessite une sonde sectorielle de basse fréquence de 3 à 5 Mhz permettant une utilisation couplée en mode échographique et Doppler. Il est réalisé à jeun afn de limiter l’interposition de gaz digestifs, en décubitus dorsal, le buste surélevé à 30° de façon à détendre la musculature abdominale. Le décubitus latéral peut être utile en cas de gaz digestifs gênants. L’examen comprend, outre l’étude des vaisseaux digestifs, l’exploration de l’aorte abdominale afn de ne pas méconnaître un anévrysme.
