Résumé

Les anévrysmes des artères à destinée viscérale sont des lésions rares. Néanmoins, leur gravité impose la connaissance de leur prise en charge par tous les chirurgiens vasculaires, viscéraux et radiologues interventionnels. Si les anévrysmes asymptomatiques ont une mortalité de 8,5 à 25 %, plus d’un patient sur cinq présente un tableau de rupture à l’admission accompagné d’une mortalité dans 20 à 75 % des cas [1]. La gravité de la rupture est largement fonction de la localisation anévrysmale. Elle est majorée par le risque de rupture en péritoine libre.
