Résumé
L’étude angiographique de l’abord vasculaire (couramment appelée «fistulographie») est le préalable indispensable à tout acte de dilatation percutanée dont elle permettra également d’évaluer le résultat. La «fistulographie» n’est plus en 2011 un examen diagnostic en soi et ne se conçoit que dans la perspective de la dilatation concomitante des sténoses dépistées, sous réserve bien évidemment qu’il y ait indication raisonnable et défendable à corriger ces sténoses.
